With the help of a federal grant to promote sexual abstinence, Rosalie Manor Community & Family Services is conducting a marketing campaign (named “A Crying Shame”) to combat teen pregnancy and sexually transmitted disease epidemics in the Milwaukee community. Learn more about the Campaign.
Along with the abstinence marketing initiative, “A Crying Shame,” Rosalie Manor has created this website, www.acryingshame.info, dedicated to abstinence education. This interactive site features separate sections for teens and parents, quotes local and national statistics, and provides valuable information, resources and support to help youth and parents communicate about and choose abstinence.
Rosalie Manor spokesperson Dawn Groshek, Director of Development, is available for interviews, comments and statistics about the program Families United to Prevent Teen Pregnancy, “A Crying Shame,” and abstinence until marriage.
