Dawn Groshek, MA
Director of Development, Rosalie Manor Community and Family Services

Ms. Groshek joined Rosalie Manor as Director of Development in 1996. Since that time, she has been responsible for grant writing, communications, coordinating special events, building relationships within the community and program development. In addition, she was part of the team who revised Rosalie Manor’s abstinence based curriculum “Families United to Prevent Teen Pregnancy Life Options Curriculum.” 

She belongs to the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) and is a member of the Parents Plus, Inc. Board of Directors. 

Ms. Groshek’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (Business Management and Professional Communications) from Alverno College and a Master of Arts (Communications with a focus on Advertising/Public Relations) from Marquette University.
